Appointment Request Form

We welcome requests for appointments on dates and times that may suit you. Please note that we do only offer morning (9.00am-12.00pm) or afternoon (12.00pm-4.30pm) visits as a guide - our engineers often get called to emergencies so specific times cannot be guaranteed and we will do our utmost to keep you informed when an engineer is on their way.

Please complete the form as fully as you can, we also offer the facility to upload a few images of your appliance (with error or warning codes which modern boilers will display), so please feel free to provide as many images as you wish.
